WHAT I BRING
I have over a decade of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), having worked with organisations as diverse as the National Health Service, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and the Council for World Mission. My practice is rooted in lived experience and up-to-date intersectional research.
I believe that both consultation and training should be person-centred, relevant, realistic, and practical. I am not interested in lecturing you or over-simplifying the complex dynamics of your organisation. Instead, by working together, I believe that we can move beyond debate and problematization towards nuanced, celebratory, and creative policies and practice.
Whether we work together on the basis of consultation, auditing, or training, I promise that you will come away from the process with a clear, relevant, and realistic action plan and the ongoing support to enact meaningful change.
Curiosity and intuitive analysis drives my practice, as well as experience working with an incredibly diverse range of colleagues, collaborators, and clients. I work across DEI, with particular skills in consultation, writing, training, and auditing. I love collaborating to create bespoke processes that attend to your particular context and specific aims. DEI consultation and training should always be nuanced and relevant, so please get in touch to arrange a chat about your context and how we can work together! I can provide you with block-based packages or a blank page, depending on your preferred process. I also offer DEI auditing of projects and organisations. I specialise in auditing around LGBTQ+ identities, gender, hidden disabilities, and neurodiversity. Please get in touch if you would like to receive sample auditing schedules and materials.
All consultation, training and auditing includes the collaborative creation of a relevant, achievable action plan and the offer of follow up support.
