I am a consultant, facilitator, writer, speaker, and minister.

I am passionate about disrupting binary debate and celebrating diverse authenticity. I have lived experience of intersectionality as a neurodiverse trans person of faith, and authenticity is central to my practice. I believe that consultation and training should be person-centred, relevant, realistic, and practical. By working together, I believe that we can move beyond debate and problematization towards nuanced, celebratory, and creative policies and practice.
